Voislav, Stefan
   Prince of Zeta (q.v.) who revolted against Byzantine rule around 1034. In 1042 he defeated the strategos of Dyrrachion (qq.v.), gaining for Zeta its independence, which Byzantium (q.v.) recognized by awarding him the title of protospatharios (q.v.).
